He’s always had a passion for graphic novels, and he spends a lot of his free time writing and illustrating original stories in the hopes of publishing his own graphic novel one day.
Additionally, Finnegan helped create three 3D animation projects in his undergraduate program. In his first project entitled, Spud Buddy (2021), he helped with modeling, surfacing, and he created the title card. In his second project entitled, Tock Tick (2021), he created concept art, helped with modeling and set dressing, positioned and animated cameras for layout, rendered the shots in Renderman, and composited the shots in Nuke. In his third project entitled, Leviathan (2022), he created concept art, helped with modeling and set dressing, managed the pipeline, positioned and animated cameras for layout, rendered the shots in Renderman, and composited the shots in Nuke.
