Finnegan became interested in illustration at a young age when he began to draw the characters from his favorite comic Calvin and Hobbes. This led him to create his own webcomic at age 15 entitled, Quip of the Iceberg (2016). Finnegan maintained his webcomic throughout high school as he also took various art classes and learned the Adobe Suite in his free time. At age 18, he was a semi-finalist in the Digital Animation category with his original animation entitled, “ATMO” at the UIL Film Festival competition (2019). At age 20 he and his brother created a full length album called Quarantine Sessions under the band name The 8-Bit Brothers (2020). Using Adobe Premiere and After Effects, he created a full length music video of their single called “Ouroboros.” Finnegan attends Texas A&M University pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Visualization and a Minor in Game Design and Development, where he has gained experience in Maya, Adobe Illustrator, Nuke, Substance Painter, and Unreal Engine.
